Calibration
We perform ISO-compliant calibrations in-house and, upon request, arrange DAkkS-accredited calibrations through certified partner laboratories. Our service portfolio includes practical hydraulic calibrations under real operating conditions as well as precise calibration of pressure and flow rate for various gases.
In addition, we offer calibration of pressure and flow rate for various gases. Calibration is carried out under stable, controlled, and reproducible conditions, ensuring reliable and robust measurement results. Upon request, we organize ISO-compliant or DAkkS-accredited calibrations through accredited partner laboratories, including full traceability to national and international standards.
We calibrate hydraulic sensors and flow measurement systems using 32 cSt hydraulic oil under real operating conditions.
Calibration as in real-world operation!
Unlike theoretical or water-based testing, our calibration is performed with the original medium, realistic medium temperatures, authentic pressure conditions, and application-oriented flow rates. The result: measurable accuracy where it truly matters – in the field.
Our test benches enable hydraulic calibration up to 270 L/min – stable, reproducible, and fully documented. Ideal for demanding applications in industry, mechanical engineering, and mobile hydraulics.
